Eat Stop Eat – The New Expanded Version!

Epilogue by Brad Pilon, MSc

If you’re ready to finally lose all the weight you want then you’ll love this story…

I used to follow the diet gurus like a lost sheep…

That all ended over a juicy hamburger in 2009 across from a fellow named Brad Pilon. He helped me dig out of a deep pit most chronic “dieters” feel trapped in…

Maybe you’ve felt this too…

You start out strong. You’re confident “this time” you’re going to lose the weight and keep it off.

You pick a “diet” and dig in. At first it seems doable. Then the rules get confusing.

You get busy. All of a sudden fighting the endless food restrictions, calorie counts, ounces and portions is overwhelming.

Every meal is a mental battle. What foods to eat? How many calories? It’s exhausting!…

I would go out with friends. I’d either watch them enjoy their meals while I picked at a salad… Or I’d break down… Eat twice as much as I usually would… And end up feeling terrible about myself…

Whatever it is, something knocks you off the plan…

You tell yourself you’ll get back to it tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. And…

Before you know it you’ve gained all the weight back — and more!…

“Both These Bodies Are 75 Years Old – The Choice is Yours…”

We’ll get into exactly how to do it in a minute. First, we need to uncover…

The Secret Kept By Your Great, Great Grandparents That Unlocks Your Lean & Youthful Body

Chances are your Great Grandparents, and certainly your Great Great Grandparents happily ate fewer calories than you do.

However I’d be willing to bet they didn’t discipline themselves or give up specific foods. In fact…

If you could hop in a time machine and go back thousands of years to visit your ancestors, you’d see that for most of human history there was a very natural cycle of consumption. This kept our bodies lean, healthy and in balance.

You see, calories came in waves. Sometimes high and abundant. Sometimes low and hard to find.

And even today human communities in remote places still follow this natural cycle of high and low calories. And researchers who have visited these communities discover people who are lean, strong, youthful and shockingly healthy compared to the constantly overfed people in the modern world.

Listen: your biology is pretty much identical to your ancestors…

Eat Stop Eat Review

Hi. I’m Brad Gaines. Being a certified personal trainer and Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, I make it my business to try new products and approaches to dieting, bodybuilding and fitness. I have to admit I was very skeptical of the Eat Stop Eat approach.

Eat Stop Eat –  Even though I don’t buy into the whole, you have to eat every 2-3 hours and you must split your macros up evenly with each meal, I was still hesitant on buying into the idea of intermittent fasting.

Well I’ve been doing the Eat Stop Eat approach for about a month now and I gotta tell you, I have way more energy, my muscle pumps are better than ever, and I’ve personally have never been in better shape.

Eat Stop Eat – The awesome thing about it is, I don’t have to worry about counting my calories, or having any food restrictions at all. All I have to do is eat during a specified period, and stop eating for a specified period. This is simply the easiest and best diet plan I’ve ever been on/ if you can even call it a diet.

Eat Stop Eat –  The toughest thing is to make yourself get over all the dieting myths you’ve heard all your life. Like how you have to eat every 2-3 hours, you gotta keep your carbs low, you have to eat meat, and your macros should be spread out evenly with each meal. These are ideas that supplement companies want you to believe so you will buy their products.

Eat Stop Eat shatters these myths with scientic studies, and proves how it’s approach to intermittent fasting has tons of health benefits. There are 151 scientific research papers referenced in the book. It is one scientifically based diet book.

Some of the health benefits include:

1)Decreased Insulin Levels & Increased Insulin Sensitivity. When your insulin levels are high, you gain weight, or you are at least more prone to gain weight.
2)Increased Lipolysis and Fat Burning. Lipolysis basically means break down of fat. In other words, your body uses fat as its energy.
3)Increased Glucagon Levels. Glucagon is a hormone produced by the pancreas that opposes the action of insulin by stimulating the production of sugar.
4)Increased Epinephrine and Norepinephrine levels. Epinephrine stimulates the breakdown of stored fat and of glycogen in active muscles to use as fuel.
5)Increased Growth Hormone Levels. HGH (Human Growth Hormone) decreases the use of glucose and increases the use of fat used for fuel.
6) Increased Weight Loss and Increased Fat Loss. Pretty self explanatory.

There are many different methods you can do if your trying to cut body fat. And I’m not saying the Eat Stop Eat program is for everyone. But I do feel like it is the easiest and most effective way to lose weight…especially losing weight while building muscle. Just be sure you implement what it teaches.
